Major issues with communication and negotiation with this company. Although seemingly caring people, when it came to the crunch the true colours were shown by both Ben and his mother, Gail. Our requests were often not dealt with promptly and we were strung along for long periods of time in the anticipation of prior access to the property, only to find that the initial question had not ever been asked of the seller. Have dealt with much more efficient agents and would recommend you consider your options prior to using Hagen and Co.
