Amy and Oliver did communicate well throughout the process and were professional at all times. Unfortunately we did have a sale fall through due to buyers finance but Oliver did what he needed to do and what we would expect in this unplanned situation. Unfortunately the terms we did end up expecting were definitely favouring the buyer.

After reviewing Russell’s success for the area I knew I wanted him to sell our house. I mentioned that we were looking to sell in 9-12 months however he found a buyer and we sold off market.
