Paul was an excellent choice. He grew up in the area and now lives in the area. He knows and understands the market. He was very easy to work with. He gave a very honest appraisal of the property's value and set about marketing it accordingly. He kept us informed at every stage of the sale and within a very short space of time offers were being made. His communication was excellent and encouraging. He showed good understanding and awareness of the emotional attachment of selling the home that had been in the family for 70 years. The process of selling the house was something we weren't looking forward to. However, with Paul every thing flowed smoothly. We certainly appreciated the quick and efficient sale of the house. I would have no hesitation in asking Paul to assist with any future real estate transactions.

We are really impressed by Chris market knowledge but more than that their extra efforts to go out of way to help us in managing our house sale specially when we were not in Perth at the moment and they have co-ordinated and communicated so well with all the stakeholders and manage this so smoothly that we didn’t even realised or felt that we were not there. We had a very good experience with Brad and his team. Brad provided a helpful advice along the way and closed a deal in less than two weeks from going on the market. The price was slightly below the initial appraisal which was close enough for us to decide to sell, as timing was more important for us.
