Chris is extremely personable and a strong negotiator with the knowledge they have in the area. Chris and Jai have an exceptional knowledge of the northern suburbs in Perth, and are very responsive to messages, early in the morning and late in the evening, this put us at ease knowing they were available for any queries we had. We also had added complexity of a deceased estate and involvement with Landgate; they recommended an excellent property settlement agency to organise the administration of this as well. Russell is professional, and highly knowledgeable about the market and suburb (Gwelup), and kept us in the loop over the journey.
