Was really nice experience buying a home with Josh and Brad. Provided all support and guidance where needed in timely manner stating from putting an offer all the way to settlement. Enjoy the final inspection with Josh as he proactively demonstrated what needed to be checked and quite honest what not working and managed to get them fixed before the settlement and even introduced to owner to have a quick chat..I would recommend to deal with Josh and Brad for your next home buying :)
