The good vibes came from the second we met Sam. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and warm approach appealed immediately. Within 4 days of meeting her, photos were taken and the listing was up. She gave us tips on staging and styling the house which worked perfectly. The home open was a huge success and only 4.5 weeks after the SINGLE home open settlement is complete with a price above our expectations! What an achievement. We purchased the property about 10 years ago from Chris & Jai. It was a great experience as the buyer and Chris has kept in touch on and off over the course of that 10 years. This is something I have found to be uncommon and a credit to Chris, Jai & the whole Lovell team. Once we had signed the paperwork, we had great communication from Melissa in the office as well. The Lovell team organised styling of the property and were great at guiding us through what to do and when to achieve a successful sale. I would work with the Lovell team again in the future and would recommend them to others!

This is the 3rd time I've engaged Paul's services and the 3rd time he's delivered big time. I didn't worry once about this current property selling but the biggest help came after the buyer was found. There were complications with the property that dated back years before my time due to inept council behaviours (who hasn't been frustrated by them at least 30 times?!) But Paul just went Agent of the Year on the situation and got things sorted. Would not hesitate to recommend.
