Why Would You Use Any Other Agent?
We have used Jai & Chris to sell 2 of our properties and would never consider using anyone else. They are the most amazing, genuine and passionate team. They have always gone above and beyond, treated us like friends, been amazing to deal with and are truly exceptional at what they do. A very easy purchase

Chris was professional, helpful and friendly. Chris was up to date with the housing market.
The Lovell team gave us suggestions for a successful sale, also focusing on the strengths of the property. Chris organised twilight photos for our advertising, which were brilliant! Our home opens were at various times which drew in more potential buyers. Chris kept us updated and followed up all interest, leaving no stone unturned! Chris was in contact with us each step of the sale process, thankfully went smoothly from the start to settlement. We also needed a long settlement which wasn't an issue with everyone concerned. BAE does it again!
I wouldn't sell a house without my BAE (Best Agent Ever!) Sam sold my previous house and it was such a great experience (some might even say true BAE love) so I didn't need consider anyone else when it came time to sell again. I knew she would get the job done! Sam goes above and beyond and has supported me every step of the way. From getting on the tools in preparation for sale, to providing cupcakes and moral support - she is seriously the BAE! Not only is she pure brilliance, but she sold my house before we even had the sign up! If you are selling, look no further than my BAE!

Highly Recommend!
This was my first property I ever bought and my first to sell, so this was an important sale for me. I was so nervous about the whole process and where to begin, but Sam made everything so easy and stress free! The communication was excellent, her professionalism and knowledge was impeccable.
