Brad was an exceptional agent for us. We were selling a high end property, and his marketing and photographer generated a huge amount of interest. He dealt with >150 people at our first home open. We ended up with a great deal. We then had a difficult buyer, with very unusual circumstances leading to settlement. What we ended up with was the best outcome for us, and we couldn’t have done it without Brad every step of the way. On top of that, he’s a nice guy and we enjoyed his company. He would always make time for us. He was genuine, which is unusual in the industry. But also professional and savvy. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

It was an altogether happy, positive and excellent experience dealing with James Heerey. He is very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. He took all the stress out of the home buying experience, and made it so much more pleasant and agreeable than it so often may be. Very punctual and attentive to my inquiries and in following up on queries, I recommend James to anyone as an agent who is happy to spend time with one and to explain all the intricacies of home buying. I was impressed too that there was none of the pressure or spin that some agents use to push prospective buyers into signing .
