We have used The Property Exchange as the management agent for our rental property for 17 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We chose The Property Exchange to sell our West Perth investment property, having worked with Nikki Peinke in the past. It was such a pleasure to work with Clare on this occasion as her enthusiasm, professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the market for comparable investment properties made the process of selling completely stress-free; we felt we could both depend on her and rely on her expertise and advice in achieving a sale. Clare and her team were fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the area and honest in their recommendations and expectations. Their approach to the psychology of selling a house was fantastic. Super friendly and everything explained really well. I think it was only because of their contacts and sales approach that I was able to get the price I did, which considering the market at the moment was better than I expected.
