Having started my career in 1996, I’ve worked across property management, residential sales and project marketing, giving me a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the property journey. As Director of Haiven Property Central, I’m proud to lead a boutique agency that values professionalism, innovation, authentic relationships and outstanding client service. I’m passionate about presentation because I know the way a home is showcased can have a significant impact on the final result. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mum of three beautiful young adult children and newly proud Nanny Naish who loves the beach, Pilates, walking my chocolate Labrador Bodhi, and sharing a good glass of wine with family and friends. I started my career in real estate as an eager and energetic 18-year-old, I had studied a semester in journalism at Curtin University and quickly decided that I much preferred talking to people rather than writing about them! In 2017 I joined an emerging real estate agency in the Perth CBD assisting in the start-up process of the business. Starting in this administrative role I learnt the ins and outs of day-to-day operations of real estate sales. I quickly grew a strong passion and understanding for sales, specialising in strata. Dave provided a highly personal and professional service; with a great outcome

Dave understood the local market He provided excellent advice on how to present and market the property Dave assisted with all aspects of the selling process in a timely and professional manner. Daves warm and friendly personality made what could have been a very stressful situation seamless and dear I say a pleasure. Daves high level of knowledge and skill meant that our property was sold after 1 open home for a price that we were very happy with. Should we sell another property in the future we would not hesitate to use Dave as the selling agent again and we have personally recommended him to close friends and family

We highly recommend her!

Preparing a house for sale, and going through the selling process can be extremely stressful. Fortunately, we found an incredible real estate agent in Ingrid - they best!! She was all you could hope for and more - authentic , transparent, wise, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with.
