Having not sold a property for over 30 years I was unsure who to use as an agent, however I'd had 3 agent appraisals a couple of years ago before deciding not to sell. One of those agents was Shane Beaumont and for the next two years I received occasional texts giving me an insight into current activity in the real estate market so eventually when I decided to sell I called him. We discussed a likely selling price and I felt comfortable that he had a good knowledge of the area, I signed up and have not had to call him since as he, or a member of his team, were in regular contact to let me know how things were progressing. The property sold within the expected time frame and for the expected price. I would definitely recommend Shane and his team, 5 stars from me.
