We obtained five appraisals for this property to ensure a realistic assessment of market value and of the services offered by the inustry in this marketplace before awarding the listing to Henry Willis of Riverside Real Estate. Henry gave excellent service, a realistic appraisal and marketed the property well toward achieving a quick sale (3 days). We achieved a sale price very close to the advertised asking price with a cash buyer and an unconditional contract with 30 day settlement. It does not get much better than this result.
