Leigh Hall was short-listed by MyLocalAgent and I selected his agency after briefly speaking to him. I needed to urgently sell a brand new house in Hampton Park that was still being completed by the builder and Leigh assured me that his agency could do it. Walter Kubiak was assigned as my agent and he lined up a few prospective buyers for a site inspection within a fortnight, one of whom placed an offer that was somewhat above my expectation and we came to an agreement soon after. Since the property was not yet completed, the settlement process took longer than expected but Walter remained dogged and continued liaising with the buyer and myself until the settlement was completed.
