Great service!

A very good agent.
Leigh secured the sale of our property in Berwick in just over two weeks. His guidance on presentation, our expectations and the realisation of the current market volitility was professional and very much appreciated. Given the current state of the housing market and the continual doom & gloom being reported in the media we were happy & satisfied that we received numerous offers and that we were able to achieve a reaslistic sale price within the quoted range. We were satisfied that Leigh and his team had done their utmost to achieve the best possible outcome given the banking industry's tightening of borrowing funds. Leigh's personable, down to earth & pleasant attitude was greatly apprecaited and l would highly recommend Leigh to any potential vendor.

Knowledgeable with integrity
Leigh was the only agent to contact me on Cup Day so he made an effort from the outset. He was approachable and supported me with my first sale-no question was too small. He was forthright about the state of the market but the price achieved was not unreasonable. Leigh correctly forecast the unit would sell over the summer and knew his target buyers well- experienced. This was a sale achieved by teamwork well done.
