Leigh was very good in listing the house in auction. But when auction day came, only one bidder. The company was very good at open house, but no client came to the opens. Then, omid out of the blue managed to contact a couple that had seen the unit two weeks before and the sale was made. We are happy with the price considering how the market going down.
