We went with Leigh to sell the property because it was obvious that he really wanted the job. He followed up with us a couple of times each week prior to listing the property and gave us good advice about the approach to take with a renovation we completed before listing. He clearly knows the market in that area. Leigh secured a sale price for us which was above the estimates other agents had given us. He managed the whole sale process so it was completely hassle free, and had several offers on the table within a week of listing. He secured the sale on a day when his pregnant wife went into labour - which is real commitment!

We went with Leigh and his assistant Chen because they were confident they would get us a great price (more then any other agent that we spoke with thought) but also a 30 day settlement that we needed!
