Energetic and knowledgeable agent
We went with Leigh to sell the property because it was obvious that he really wanted the job. He followed up with us a couple of times each week prior to listing the property and gave us good advice about the approach to take with a renovation we completed before listing. He clearly knows the market in that area. Leigh secured a sale price for us which was above the estimates other agents had given us. He managed the whole sale process so it was completely hassle free, and had several offers on the table within a week of listing. He secured the sale on a day when his pregnant wife went into labour - which is real commitment!

The best!!
We went with Leigh and his assistant Chen because they were confident they would get us a great price (more then any other agent that we spoke with thought) but also a 30 day settlement that we needed! And they did exactly that! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received but also the price we got! Better then we expected! I highly recommend Leigh and Chen. You won’t regret it if you do too! Not to mention they are lovely and easy to communicate with!

Finally an agent you can trust
I have to say in previous expieriences with real estate this is the first time I have walked away knowing no stone has been left unturned. Leigh and his staff worked tirelessly and sold our parents property at 5 Haresta Ave Dandenong South with what I believe was the best outcome in that current market. Great Agent, very knowledgable about the market
Mick assisted in the sale of my mothers house, a mid 1950's weather board that had been in the family since it was built. Mick was able to close out the sale in an amazingly short time and for the full amount we had been looking for so very impressed with his skills as a real estate salesman.

Rare find in the Real Estate Agent world

Always Answers the phone
We found Leigh Hall to be a really honest, always answered our calls, we received the amount we wanted for our property, and this was what was quoted by Leigh on our first meeting, he did not estimate an unreal price for our property, like other agents to get our business. He came around and explained everything clearly, and we would recommend him to anyone...............
