Omg where do I start, Leigh & his assistant Chen are absolutely amazing. They promised me a sale within 7 days and a minimum figure which I thought was great. I've never seen an agent move so quickly, they had the photos done the day I signed them up and the board up the next day. By the end of 7 days they had 3 offers for me with the top offer being nearly $40K above what we had hoped for. Talk about a well oiled machine. On top of that their commission was .5% below anyone else we interviewed and they paid the advertising expenses instead of asking me for thousands of $$$$ in an advertising budget. Their communication and guidance throughout the process was second to none, answering all of my questions and returning my calls within minutes. I feel extremely fortunate to have found them and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

We have been searching for a property for few months. And there is nothing can fit our budget as well as our common. When it comes to 33 Shalimar Cr, I was suprised with the agents customer service. Its fast, relaible, and flexible. The agent Chen Liu gave us a 100% customer service. On the night of inspection, we said we would like to make an offer, and she came back to the office to get us the paper work. The next day, when we made an offer, she tried to negotiate with the owners for us. She kept contacting us with updated process during the time before the settlement. Also, every time we asked for something, she tried to ask the owners and tried to solve our issue. Fast and Furious, shoud I say!! Leigh was one of four agents I interviewed for my property. He came across as enthusiastic, eager and confident agent. I signed up with him because he was sure that he could sell my property for a price I was happy to take. I didn’t get that feeling from the other agents. In fact, I felt like they were more or less devaluing the property in order to get a quick sale. Either that or they didn’t know the market. After going through the whole process with him I would add the word trustworthy to the enthusiastic, eager and confident. I don’t use that word lightly with any salespeople... He delivered more than he promised and in a relatively quick period. I would not hesitate in going with Leigh for any sales.
