Bob helped us sell last few properties. He was excellent in support during sale period. Did accommodate our availability requirements, helped address all our questions. Has a very good communication and availability when you need him.

Through the process of selling my property, I found that Walter had superb local knowledge, was passionate about his work, communicating with me on a regular basis, and achieved fantastic results thanks to his great efforts. I wouldn't hesitate in any way to recommend him to any vendors.

While initially, we had good communication with Mick re opens, this was not the case once an offer was received. He was impatient and dismissive of our questions and concerns about the conditions and due to using an incorrect email address, did not send the offer contract to all parties for review and did not acknowledge the problem was their error, which took several days to resolve. In the end, he pressured us to accept an offer we did not feel was the best we could do by refusing to hold further opens and we do not feel he acted in our best interest. Even when we raised these concerns with him, he dismissed them.

I found Irene Athanasiadis to be a unique good old fashioned real estate agent. I first dealt with Irene 8 years ago, and I was very happy with her work. I called for her services again in 2024, and I am very satisfied with the result with the sale. Should I need real estate service again, I would not hesitate to call her again. Thank you Irene once again for your professional service.
