We found Bob very professional and his communication skills very good. His market knowledge was very good. He told us the he would get the property sold and he did and we thought quite quickly. He was very friendly and we thought that is important when dealing with people.

As a seller, working with Carina Cigna was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Carina demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Understanding the needs of tne client is one of tne most important roles of a Real estate Agent. That is why we, the Avalon Centre, always go to Bob for our property purchases and sales. Bob does not waste our time showing us properties that do not meet our criteria. He knows what we want and gets it right! Dealing with Bob is stressless, efficient and productive. Thank you , we will be buying more from you in the near future!
