I bought 4 properties for my self so far and few helped friends and families I had deal with few agents but Bob is real honest reliable and honest for both sellers and buyers every time I called he responded very professionally and he made the deal go nice and easy . I went for last inspection the grass was abit growing I asked him it would be great if they can cut the grass he says no problem I ask them after the settlement I went through did cut it nice and clean.... Happy with purchase.
