Leigh sold my house and i was not just impressed , i was amazed! I currently live in Japan and traveled back to meet him and clean the house up ready for the sale. He told me he would sell the house in 21 days or i wouldn't pay a cent in advertising, marketing etc. I thought he over priced my property but i thought, oh well I've got nothing to loose here, and to my surprise, not only was it sold in 7 or 8 days after the first open for inspection, the first offer and and the ultimate sales price was over what it was listed for. He really knows the market and can back up his expectations. I was in total disbelief and could not rate this guy any higher. He was so easy to deal with, he was polite and friendly.
