He was enthusiastic but realistic, didn't try to add excess advertising strategies into our package, and all of his advice turned out to be spot-on. He and his team met all expectations as far as communicating with us throughout the process, and they also helped us to get a few extra requests sorted. We feel that he dealt fairly with all parties. Having had a few disappointing interactions with past agents, we were very impressed with Leigh actually doing what he said he would, and meeting the ambitious schedule he set for himself.
