Sleek Service
So I’m not sure if I ever told you the story of the guy we bought our house off and subsequently gave the listing of our apartment to. To make a long story short I had to call him after every home open to follow up, suggested additional viewings and in the end I essentially had absolutely no confidence in his ability to sell our property as he had completely stopped “selling” himself to us as the client. It was at this time that we came to you for help and although we had a higher expectation on the value of the apartment we never once questioned your ability to do right by us, and we were never disappointed. Today we received a card in the mail from you and your team, wishing us well a year on from our sale, it was also today that we received a bulk “mail float” from our first sales person showing us a list of the 10 recent properties he has sold and telling us “let’s chat”... Once again this guy has totally missed the mark in terms of Sales and Customer Service. James and I wanted to send this email to you and your team to say thank you for your continued service and appreciation of our past sale with your team. Coming from a background in Sales and Customer Relations I can say that “good service” is not that difficult and yet so few people actually manage to get it right. You and your team have gotten it right and we just wanted to let you know that it doesn’t go unnoticed, although most days in sales it feels like it does. Thanks again for everything and if we win the jackpot on our scratchies we will be in touch soon to buy our holiday home.

Phenomenal Agent
We would like to sincerely thank Penny for all that she has done for us. Penny provided a service well and truly above what one expects from a real estate agent. Penny has been professional, helpful, open and trustworthy all aspects of selling our house. Selling our home has been a bitter sweet experience. It was sad to let the family home go after over 60 years of ownership, but we were delighted with the price Penny managed to obtain for us, especially in a period of market downturn, and this was achieved in a short time. Penny supported us every step of the way. The house was rather run down and at times we stood there baffled not knowing where to go, which way to turn but at every bend Penny had a contact or could find a trades-person to fix the problem. All the people Penny recommended delivered quality work. Penny has an extensive little black-book. Nothing was a problem. We spent money freshening up the house and repairing what needed attention but with Penny's advice and knowledge of the market we did not over capitalise. Penny worked for us in getting a good price for the house and she kept us fully informed at all times. Penny is a phenomenal agent who we most sincerely thank and recommend to any vendor.

Professionalism and Competence
In the late 2017 I have had a pleasure of engaging Mark as the agent responsible for sale of my apartment in East Perth. During the process Mark have demonstrated high professionalism, courtesy and communication standards and was approachable and willing to offer advice and explanation of various matters related to the real estate market and sale process. In the end Mark managed to find a buyer and negotiate a reasonable price for my property, which, given my understanding of the state of the market at the time, was a good (if not best possible) outcome and continued to offer outgoing advice and assistance during the sale and settlement period. I would not hesitate to rely on Mark’s services in the future and to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a high quality agent.

Standout experience!
