We presented Brian and Mark with a number of challenges to which they admirably accepted the tasks. Facing a difficult market for sellers and the fact that we had planned to travel overseas at the time we were going to market, with a 5 hour time difference and were able to transact negotiations and contracts to successful conclusion. Brian was able to organise a Harcourts International based agency for us to have personal contact and assurance with while travelling. Thank you to Geoff Stevens of Harcourts Queenstown New Zealand who provided confidence and great advice. As we travelled frequently we were kept informed of every step of the way with our negotiations. Our home was sold by online auction with Brian and Mark having identified and qualified the purchasers. Settlement occurred on our return with Ascot settlement who attended to every minute detail and particularly niggling final agreements with purchasers. Considering all the complexities we threw at Brian and his wonderful team, his uplifting confidence and skill gave us the assurances we needed to follow through to sale and settlement.
