My wife and I are extremely happy with Marks sales performance. His continual contact pre and post home opens gave us the confidence we required during a tough market. We would have preferred to sell above our desired threshold,but the softening of the market post mining boom didn't present the same financial investors as once experienced throughout the metro area. Needless to say, we were happy we sold to a family who would make the house their home in lieu of the previous rental arrangement.
