Experienced, great service and results.
Mal was great to deal with, knowledgeable of the area and market. He achieved a great price for us and there was no trouble when the personal situation led to every signing and phone call being needed twice. Happy to recommend to anyone in the Greater Bunbury area.

An easy sell for the agent.
We liked the house, put in an offer and it was accepted, so regarding negotiations there were non. We had an answer the same day the offer was put. Mal seems genuine and pleasant to deal with and nothing in our dealings with him proved otherwise. Questions we had for the owner during the settlement period were handled in a timely manner. All in all a pleasant experience.

Headland Hidden
Our former residence was almost completely secluded in a 1.3 acre wooded property. It was hidden from the road. Despite this lack of 'street appeal', Mal was able to market the property very well. Sold in a few days actually. The combination of a price -- properly determined from thorough market research; attractive web advertising -- with brilliant photographs; and Mal's inimitable one-on-one communication ability, with what turned out to be, only a few contacts before the sale was completed, made the whole experience stress free for us.
