Mal made us both feel very comfortable and listened to as soon as we met him. He listened to want we wanted to do with the sale and the purchase of our new property. The expertise was next level which brought us both comfort in knowing we would be getting what we wanted for the sale. Overall experience with Mal was amazing it all went to plan exactly as we wanted. Could not thank him enough

We had been looking for our dream property for close to a year, working with Mal was wonderful, he was very understanding of our needs and communicated with us every step of the way, always upfront and honest to get the deal done. We couldn't be happier thanks Mal it was a delight working with you.
A couple of things we feel could improve in Mal's professionalism 1. On the day of the open house Mal spoke to us afterwards and mentioned offers of 1.1m and 1.2 being mentioned. However when it came to buyers actually putting in offer the 1.05m was unexpectedly lower than what we had come to think would be the possibility. We would have preferred Mal not given numbers before having it on an offer. 2. On settlement day we preferred to hand over keys immediately. Mal had weekend planned and said he would collect first things Monday. Things then got messy with new owners deciding to come earlier then expected. Mal's request for us to drop keys around to a house was not to the level of professionalism we expected. 3. the $1000 we put down which Mal said would be repaid on after the sale didn't come through and I had to contact him regarding this. No final personal meeting to congratulate us on the sale or thank us for dealing with him was held. This was in complete contrast to the agent we bought our new propery through who visited with a gift the day after moving in. The above comments will hopefully be seen as assisting Mal in understanding the little things can make a difference between good and excellent.
