Despite my better judgement I trusted Sandra on two occasions to be held to her word, as the Vendor's representative and on both occasions was let down. The transaction itself went ahead smoothly as I was a cash buyer in the end, however, a problematic Vendor coupled with an agent that promised to smooth things over by giving me her word, soured this particular transaction. I would get everything in writing and water tight in the contract if dealing with this agent and any other real estate transaction in QLD.

Hang Loosa don't have any 'nasty fee surprises'. Sandra is a long term Noosa resident and let us know exactly how much our fees would be upfront. The estimate we received was above our expectations and we sold within one week. Hang Loosa agents don't wear jazzy suits and drive expensive cars, they listen to their client's needs and provide a result without all the fanfare. We would be happy to use Sandra again without hesitation.

Sandra Upton came to us highly recommended. She accurately appraised our unit and proposed an acceptable marketing plan. She offered advice as to the presentation of the property which we undertook and within 3 open inspections she had a number of interested parties. She personally attended the open inspections and always reported back the results on the same day. She also attended to all the marketing including newspaper ads, internet listing and glossy pamphlets - all at no charge. She arranged the contracts, liased with our solicitor and kept all parties informed as to progress to the point of settlement. She knows the Tewantin real estate market very well and indeed it was a pleasure to deal with her at every step of the sale process. Sandra Upton is the most professional agent I have dealt with in years and nothing was to much trouble. You are able to negotiate with her on fees and promotion packages and she was like a little bull terrier when it came to getting the house out to the market and selling.
