Wow sold in 48hours
We talked to a few agents to get a feel for who would work in our best interests. And quite honestly Sandra just blitzed the others as she said she knows the buyers knows the properties and knows the Noosa area so well. So much so our home was sold in 2 days. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Sandra to sell your property

Highly recommended
Our property was unique and was never going to be easy to sell. Sandra worked damn hard, lots of inspections and openings and when the sale got complicated she dealt with every obstacle. I’d recommend her to anyone selling a property or just wanting to know how to get a job done.

Totally Professional
We cannot speak too highly about our Agent Sandra Upton at Hangloosa. Sandra successfully sold our property in the remarkable space of 2 weeks and kept us informed of progress on a daily basis. She not only achieved a price that delighted us, she saved us a considerable sum by insisting we had no need to “ freshen up “ kitchen and bathroom prior to being on the market. House sold unexpectedly fast
Sandra is such a professional sales lady. I knew it already because I met her many times while purchasing a house. That's why I choose her. To sell my house after my husband passed away was a great nightmare for me, but Sandra took all the stress off me. She gave me good advise and was always approachable to my questions. She put the house on the market and after the first open day it was sold. I hardly good believe it. I thought this might take several weeks or month. What a relieve for me. Now I could go ahead and put a deposit down on the Retirement Village Unit I wanted to buy. Thank you so much Sandra. I really can recommend her, especially if you are on your own and don't know how to handle the situation.
