I was concerned that the timing of an overseas trip just after putting my block on the market could cause confusion and at worst cause a sale not to proceed. I need not have worried. Sam and David kept me in the loop via email at all stages of an offer on the block. We were able to do contracts long distance style and in the end got the job done. I love their affable natures. Both David and Sam are approachable and relaxed. They have energy and ideas. I would have no hesitation in using them again. I have purchased and sold 10 properties over the years and have not always thought that certain agents were acting in my best interest.
