I was concerned that the timing of an overseas trip just after putting my block on the market could cause confusion and at worst cause a sale not to proceed. I need not have worried. Sam and David kept me in the loop via email at all stages of an offer on the block. We were able to do contracts long distance style and in the end got the job done. I love their affable natures. Both David and Sam are approachable and relaxed. They have energy and ideas. I would have no hesitation in using them again. I have purchased and sold 10 properties over the years and have not always thought that certain agents were acting in my best interest. Integrity, honesty, a pleasure to deal/work with, pleasant and quite frankly a normal everyday person. These are not normally words associated with the real estate industry but in Sam's case these words and more describe him to a tee. We have sold two properties through Sam and also bought a property through him and we could not rate him highly enough and would only sell our next property through him. I'm imagining that real estate awards are awarded on sales alone because if they were awarded on the words that describe Sam it would be unfair as he would win every year. We have never written a review before but we feel as it is warranted in this case.
