Sam Oborn has been great to work with. His expertise and knowledge of the area and the current market was excellent, and showed immediate results with a sale quicker (24Hrs on the market) than we could have ever imagined and at the price we were hoping for. Sams professional manner and honest, enjoyable communication throughout the whole process has been second to none. I would recommend Sam, and the team at Harcourts Adelaide Hills to anyone.

I found Sam to be very helpful, approachable and kept me informed throughout the buying selling process in a very professional manner. He makes himself available for any questions you may have and checks frequently to see if any have arisen. I had a very quick settlement and it ran smoothly without any issues. The coverage I. Was given on my property was excellent with it being sold within a week. Thankyou Sam.

Sharon was very helpful and nothing was too much for her often meeting me to discuss progress or for signatures after hours. Sharon conducted research and also accommodated ever changing needs with no fuss.

Having dealt with numerous questionable agents over the years, it was refreshing to find an agent who was respectful and didn't insult me with spin. Sam made the entire process easy and painless and at no stage was there any drama. His professionalism was evident from the first open i attended and this continued post settlement. I have recommended Sam to friends who are considering selling, something i would not do if i did not have complete faith in his ability to look after them.

Sam was a wonderful agent to work with and he was highly credible and honest. He kept us informed constantly and nothing was ever too much trouble. He is not a "typical" real estate agent and he took time to understand our needs and work with us despite our busy schedules. Sam has a great market knowledge and he uses excellent communication skills to both serve us as his client but also to secure good sales outcomes. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I found Sam to be a very personable and trustworthy agent. Any information I requested was gathered and communicated to me in a timely manner. Sam had a comprehensive knowledge of the property and the region, which is especially important in rural areas.

I appreciated Sam's knowledge of rural properties as he listened to my numerous unusual questions regarding the property I was considering and always got back to me with accurate and complete answers. He often went out of his own way to fit in with me and his patience and assistance in negotiating what turned out to be an unexpected and delayed settlement was outstanding.
