Sharon Parsons approaches her sales role in a total focus and professional manner. I have received real-estate advise from her for a number of years and she was the obvious choice when selecting an agent for sale of my property. Sharon took me through the sales process step by step, ensuring that quality marketing was provided while maintaining cost effectiveness. The quick sale and price that I received for my property exceeded my expectation and is a testament to her performance. Highly recommended

Sam Oborn is definitely the man! He is calm, mature, diplomatic and a wonderful comfort during the stressful times of buying and selling. I would highly recommend him to sell anyone's home under any circumstances. If other young people could take a page out of Sam's book, then they will do well. Sam's dedication, sincerity and honest approach is to be commended. Good luck Sam! with best regards, Carina Ingram

Ian managed the sale of a house belonging to two of my family members at Bridgewater. Although I live interstate, I was very involved in the sale process and had frequent conversations with Ian. I could not be more happy with the support he gave to my family members and myself during the sale of their house. Ian understood that, as my family members are older and were experiencing some serious health issues, my role was to take some of the pressure off them by managing a lot of the detail. Ian was extremely supportive to my family members and kept both them, and me, informed at all times. He went above and beyond anything expected of him as a real estate agent, for example by contacting volunteer agencies to help them pack up the house. We had an excellent result, selling the house quickly and at a price over the estimate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian to anyone buying or selling property in the Adelaide Hills, and count myself and my family lucky to have found an agent as helpful, sensitive and supportive as him."

We found Sam to be very good & approachable. He always kept us up to date with all that was going on. Unfortunately we didn't get the price we were aiming for. We found Sam to be very easy going & any concerns we had he would happily talk it through to make sure everyone was on the same page. If & when we need an agent again we would certainly be giving Sam a call. We have no regrets & will highly recommend Sam happily. We felt that we had created a good friendship with Sam, which I am not sure if this a normal relationship with an agent? Keep up the good work Sam & THANK YOU!!!

Sam breaks all kinds of preconceived ideas of what a real estate agent is like. He is authentic, genuine, relational, knowledgable and hardworking. We felt like Sam had genuine interest in us and our lives, not just in 'getting a good sale.' Sam really is a new kind of agent! When we didn't get many to an open, he genuinely felt for us, and when we had good numbers he was pumped for us. He always gave top advice, and was sincere and prompt in all communication. Sam went above and beyond!

We found Sharon friendly, competent, professional and easy to get on with. She phoned us shortly after every open with how many people came through and their general comments and feelings expressed. She followed up with the people who showed interest and let us know the results. She could not have done more so a 10 was justified. Regarding negotiation, we had two people putting in offers within a day or so of each other and we got well within our selling range so another 10. Market knowledge and credibility are rather subjective so I gave her a 9. Can't let it go to her head with all 10's, but thanks Sharon for a good job well done. Would I recommend her? Yes. Would we call on her again? Yes. Best wishes in your endeavours and every success for the future. Happy customers

We had a pleasure dealing with Sam during a difficult time with the sale of our late mothers home in Balhannah SA. With both myself and my brother living in QLD and WA during the sale process and the house being in SA, it was imperative that we were regularly kept well informed by Sam. I have sold a number of properties over the years and Sam is by far the best agent I have dealt with to date and I can not recommend him highly enough! Sam's market knowledge, communication skills, integrity and follow up skills are impeccable and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with an agent of Sam's calibure. Sam's negotiating skills ensured that we received a good price from a solid purchaser within a four week timeframe.
