Sharon was very approachable, friendly, and dependable. She allowed us plenty of time to think, we changed our minds on which block we wanted (more than once), and all this during wet weather (it seemed to rain most Sundays) where she would wander around in the drizzle with us as we contemplated what was best for us. Sharon responded well to e-mails, provided us with the information we were looking for each time, recognized us when we returned the second time and overall, was one of the reasons we probably made a purchase (considering we have been searching for over 2 years).
