Fantastic Sale Price achieved without an Open House
Selling our Family Home of more than 10 years was not an easy decision. Jane discussed different options for our "unique" home in a great Sales Market... Auction vs Standard Sale etc. We were lucky enough that Jane came to us with an "off the market offer" from her list of clients looking for properties in the area, a little back and forth and we accepted an upgraded offer with the inside of the house being site unseen. Jane made the process seamless and simple, taking the work and emotional stress out of getting the house ready for inspections as well as saving on preparation costs, marketing costs etc. I could not be happier with the outcome (particularly with the softening market in the weeks following signing the contract). Great price along with Jane managing the entire process for us from conveyancer to what was required to complete the process was a great win. A 10 out of 10 for result and service. Using an Agent who lives locally and is passionate about the area was a win for our family. I can not recommend the service of Jane and the LJ Hooker Annerley / Yeronga team highly enough!

Highly professional and strong commitment to a smooth sale process

Extensive Local Knowledge
Jane was wonderful to deal with and provided great guidance throughout the process using her extensive local knowledge. Our sale was initially challenging with a tenanted property, but Jane worked with us to determine the best path forward to get the property to the market with the best presentation and achieved a great result.
