I initially contacted Jane from interstate to appraise and subsequently sell an investment property in Yeerongpilly. Jane provided a friendly, non-pushy approach and due to COVID we had to manage the whole sale process remotely. Jane undertook the sale efficiently and effectively provided sound and positive advice on maximising the sale price. The whole process was seamless and stress free and I would highly recommend Jane and her team. Excellent work!

We had a few delays from the sellers end and Joey was more than accomodating. She offered to visit the property on our behalf to ensure everything was up to standard. The seller changed settlement timeframes and breached contract resulting in us having to wait around for 4 hours, however Joey made the experience less stressful and waited around right up until the last minute to give us the keys! Thank you Jane and Joey, our experience of purchasing our first home wouldn’t have been the same without you!

Joey was extremely helpful from start to finish in buying my place. As a first home buyer from interstate, I was unsure about a lot of the process of buying a place in Queensland but Joey made it easy and even enjoyable. I’d recommend Joey if you’re either selling or buying - she is especially knowledgeable about the Fairfield, Yeronga and Yeerongpilly markets.

With the way the market is right now is difficult to find an agent that understands the stressful position first home buyers are in. Joey has been fantastic all the way through. Jane Elvin was engaged to sell my Investment Property in Fairfield. Whilst the market was hot, everything Jane advised would happen, did happen. She certainly knows her market. From the time my property went up on Realestate.com.au, less than 1 week later with 1 open house and over 35 parties inspecting the property, deal was done. Happy seller. Jane's support staff are well versed in the industry as well and made the whole process for me as easy as possible. Could not recommend Jane more highly.
