The first time when we wanted to sell our house 3 years ago, Greagh displayed such professional and knowledge of the Market that he told us to wait. I am so surprised then that this man are being so honest. When we came to him this year, he inspected the house and told us not to do much to the house such as painting, change of carpet ... etc. We had the house over 10 years and not done much. It is also a rental house. He gave us an estimate of what price we can get and surely that he sold the house within 2 weeks. There was some issue with the new owner about the house and Creagh agreed to fix those issue with his own cost. He even sent someone to mowed the lawn. In my opinion, he is the best agent in WA.

Creagh advised on everything, from when to sell, how to manage rental until ready to sell, and recommended local trades people to sort out maintenance issues. He went well beyond the brief in my view (in a good way). Never any pressure to accept offers unless we were entirely happy. Would have no hesitation in recommending him. Can we clone Creagh to bring his other self to England please?
