There were many times when I left messages for Stella out of hours and her response was immediate and always friendly. Stella endeavoured to get us a fair deal when buying the property so the presettlement check through the house was thorough and honest. When the sale of the house was postponed due to the unforeseen sellers circumstances Stella secured us presettlement occupation which enabled us to unpack our container and take up residence regardless.
