Excellent agent that goes the extra mile
Very happy with Nicks service. He was professional and worked extremely hard to get the result that we wanted in the quickest possible time. Having 24 visits to the first home open shows that he knows the market and priced the property very well. Would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell their home!

Sinagra house sold by Nick
Nick was recommended to me by Beau Duggan of Nectar Mortgages. He worked with me whilst we waited for the tenant to vacate and then renovate the house. During that time Nick kept in touch with me providing me with regular market updates and also showing the property to potential clients. After the 1st home open the sale was closed quickly to within the advised price. Completion was quick and trouble free.

Very professional
We have known Creagh for sometime but this is the first time we had used him to sell a property. We were always well informed as to what was happening. Even though we sold the property in July the settlement didn’t go through until last week due to banks being behind because of COVID but Creagh always kept us upto date at every stage.
