John is honest, diligent & trustworthy! Highly recommend.
We've sold 5 properties with John now (and purchased one with him prior to that) and every time we've dealt with him we've found him to be honest, diligent, and trustworthy. Importantly, each time he has helped secure a fair outcome for us quickly, and has made the whole selling process feel easy! Nic was AMAZING and he was always available
Nic was fantastic from the start of my enquiry with him regarding selling my home. He always answered my calls straight away or called me back promptly and he kept me informed regularly with regard to interest in my home by buyers and feedback from them. I have told everyone l know how fantastic Nick was and l recommend him to everyone l know considering selling or buying a home and even if they aren’t I still recommend him ! Nick was professional yet still friendly and l love how l never had to call him after a home open he always contacted me with any follow up or feedback. Nick gave me an honest opinion on what l needed to do to present my home in the best way to attract interested buyers and he was spot on . I was absolutely blown away that Nick presented me with 3 offers after 9 days on the market but I also credit him with being available to those interested buyers and making time to show them my home when it suited them. Nick is a breath of fresh air in the real estate agent market as his priority is his client he made me feel like my house sale was his priority even though l know he had other properties and sellers .
