He always answered my calls straight away or called me back promptly and he kept me informed regularly with regard to interest in my home by buyers and feedback from them. I have told everyone l know how fantastic Nick was and l recommend him to everyone l know considering selling or buying a home and even if they aren’t I still recommend him ! Nick was professional yet still friendly and l love how l never had to call him after a home open he always contacted me with any follow up or feedback. Nick gave me an honest opinion on what l needed to do to present my home in the best way to attract interested buyers and he was spot on . I was absolutely blown away that Nick presented me with 3 offers after 9 days on the market but I also credit him with being available to those interested buyers and making time to show them my home when it suited them. Nick is a breath of fresh air in the real estate agent market as his priority is his client he made me feel like my house sale was his priority even though l know he had other properties and sellers .
