Looking for our first home, inexperienced, unsure, we had the pleasure of loving two homes which Kirrily was showing. She was amazing, no lies, no run around, honest. Which is a breath of fresh air in realestate. We didn’t feel pressured, she responded to every text, call and email always ready to help, even when we wanted to go through the property multiple times (honestly we went through maybe 5 or 6 times, before deciding it was the one). Our experience using John to sell two of our homes in Mount Hawthorn was excellent. He is professional and knowledgeable of sale trends and markets. On the first sale we had a problematic purchaser and thanks to John’s interpersonal skills the issues were sorted in an exceptional manner to both parties. The second property was sold above our expected asking price in a downward market. When the third sale comes up, we’ll certainly be using him again.
