Suzi was amazing, she was always honest and upfront about the whole situation. Kept me updated throughout the process and if she wasn't able to call, Arthur was always there to setup in.

Fast and furious
Suzi came to our initial appointment with extensive knowledge of the area, a huge file detailing comparative sales, a strong data base of potential buyers and a genuine interest and enthusiasm in our property. Everything we were looking for in a real estate agent. She and Arthur followed up with regular phone calls throughout the selling period, keeping us informed of all progress. She also showed a willingness to negotiate and meet our needs. Their approach to the home opens and sale of the property proved to be successful and achieved beyond our expectations. Once the property was sold, Suzi and Arthur continued to stay in contact and keep us informed.

Honest, accurate, friendly and reliable agent
Selling one’s home/ moving rates in the top 5 stresses life has to offer, the others being death of family member, ill health, job loss or divorce. Whilst selling our home, to move interstate, we lost both my mother and my husband’s sister within days of one another. We were traumatised, and clearly in need of assistance. Creagh was a guardian angel, taking care of the complete sale of our much loved home. From accurate valuations and arranging photographs to home opens and settlement, he completely removed the stress and difficulties in a time where we had no capacity for any further challenges. Whilst we received slightly less than we hoped in difficult times and a challenging market, Creagh's valuation was accurate. I would strongly recommend Creagh to conduct the sale of ones property. He is honest accurate friendly and reliable.

Great Experience with Suzi and Arthur
The Baker team go above and beyond to help make the purchasing process as smooth and easy as possible. Their 8 step process really made buying our first home a lot less stressful as we knew when each step needed to be completed. Both Suzi and Arthur kept up regular contact with us through out everything and kept us updated on any changes. Although this is our first home, we know from friends who have bought that other agents are nowhere near as helpful and informative. We definitely recommend the friendly Baker team and look forward to working with them in the future :)

Great experience
Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful throughout the pre-settlement process, providing recommendations for conveyancers and quickly organising building inspections etc. which made the whole process very easy as a first home buyer, and I was kept up to date with regular contact.

Impressive
My Husband and I have bought and sold houses in the past, but this is the first time, we have had the experience, of a Real Estate Agent being in constant contact with us every step of the way, from our first meeting with Amanda, right up to settlement. Best service I have experienced in over 30 years
We were really impressed with Creagh’s knowledge of the local market and also his marketing skills. But most of all we have been pleasantly surprised with his service. He always kept us up-to-date with what was happening and we got a phone call prior to and after each home open. He is a very friendly Real Estate agent and easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate at all to recommend Craegh for the sale of any property in his area.

Perfect experience
Amanda Mills from Harcourts has sold several of our properties. First house experience went do smoothly we couldn’t believe it. Wow all done and dusted within 6 weeks. Then when it came to selling next house we thought we would go to Amanda again. Same experience. We put our investment property on the market and we had a buyer within 6 weeks and has just settled last week. Amanda is a very professional and knowledgeable lady. She is also a lowly person in herself. She tells you how it is and doesn’t tell you things just because you want to hear them. I would without a doubt highly recommend Amanda to any one wishing to sell or buy a property.
