Extremely helpful very good market knowledge and very professional
David could not of been more helpful. We did not expect to sell so fast but due to David's professionalism not only did we sell quickly we also got a very good price. Would fully recommend anyone who wants to sell their property to use David

An agent buyers want to buy from!
This was the third house we had purchased so have come across a few real estate agents. After dealing with some far from friendly agents in the past we were already anxious before we started our search. Kathy was a breath of fresh air! Down to earth, approachable and caring. She did not push us in any way and worked hard between us and the seller to get a favourable outcome for both. We have been turned off buying houses before because of the agent but Kathy is an agent buyers want to buy from. Thank you again Kathy we are so happy with our forever home!

Regular follow up, smooth process.
David worked very hard to get our offer to happen and once it did, Tim made the whole process leading up to settlement very smooth and stress free. We were kept in the loop about everything at all times and if we had any questions or concerns they were quickly addressed and solved. Both agents were very professional and knowledgeable. Thumbs up from us!

Friendly, Kind and Professional
Selling our property was an emotional time, Kathy took this into consideration and was always helpful when explaining things. Throughout the experience I was kept up to date on a regular basis and felt my best interests were being looked after. Stella is a star !!!
I chose Stella to be my agent as I had heard such great things about her, and all of it was completely true. Stella was always there to sort out any problem that arose, communication was perfect I was never left waiting. Stella is very professional yet very warm by the end she was not only my agent but definitely someone I can now call a friend. Stella certainly went above and beyond and helped me out of a situation I thought would be impossible to ever leave and I will be forever grateful. I can highly recommend Stella to anyone who is selling or buying a home as I’m sure she will look after you 100%.

Kathy is one of the best in the business.
With so many properties on the market there is a lot to choose which can become confusing... Because of Kathy's knowledge of the area I was looking to buy in and her years of experience in the industry I knew I was in very safe hands. She listened to what I was looking for in my dream home and also took into account the budget I had to spend. Kathy shared with me local knowledge of the area and all the amenities that I would find on my doorstep. I found my dream home because of her due diligence. I was always kept in the loop, Kathy explained the process that would take place and the people I needed to speak to, to ensure things moved in the right direction and in a timely manner. Even when I experienced a tiny hiccup in the process, Kathy was never far away, she would ALWAYS respond to my calls and texts and I knew that any queries or questions I had, she would always support me. The next time look to buy a home, Kathy will be the person I contact. I am very happy to refer her to any of my friends and family.

At times frustrating because of the state of the market but always pleasant and friendly.

Great and easy
I was very impressed with Kathy McGurk She sold my place in only about 6 weeks for a good price in this depressed market While the house was on the market and unoccupied she went above and beyond to make sure the property was well maintained and everything was in good condition I would recommend Kathy if you are wanting to sell s property

Best Agenti have ever met.
Creagh put paid to the idea that real estate agents are dodgy. His advice and daily upDates were invaluable. Creagh made a scary scenario far less scary for us. My wife and I were impressed with the feed back and over the moon about the final sale and end result. Quick result too. Will recommend him to everyone.

Great Selling Experience
Despite the Perth property market being sluggish and challenging to sell a property David was more than whiling to take the challenge head on using his vast knowledge and expertise to help me achieve my goal of selling before the start of winter.
