Proactive, informative and honest
In this business there are a lot of agents who talk the talk, but don't necessarily walk the walk. Courtney managed my expectations in a realistic and honest way, and did not overpromise just to get the listing. Courtney was positive and warm throughout a stressful process. Her approach is refreshing and her knowledge is paramount.

A pleasant experience from start to finish
Courtney was a delight to deal with from Home Opening all the way to Settlement. She has excellent communication skills and I was kept fully informed all of moving parts throughout the offer, sale and settlement processes and everything in between!!! Would highly recommend!

Did as they promised
Suzi met with us and provided very common sense advice regarding the property and price expectations. She listened to situation and promised to follow up with us after each step of the way and following open homes. Our property was sold in a few weeks and we achieved a far price. Exceptional
We purchased our first home through Kirrily, she was friendly, honest and professional which was maintained and genuine. Any issues that arose were dealt with and negotiated fairly between both parties which is admirable. When one side of the settlement process was lapsing she put in her time and effort to motivate and get the process moving forward. Kirrily exceeded our expectations of a Real Estate agent, we were amazed at her exceptional service. She had empathy, was dedicated, efficient and had pride in her profession.
