We initially consulted Creagh back in 2000 about the sale of our first house in Currambine. However whilst we used another gent then we followed Creagh's progress from a young agent to a professional with local knowledge. Whilst we didn't get the price we were originally projected by the agent, we understood the market had changed and prices had dropped. This was over a period of 18 months. We do not believe that any challenges or lower prices were the result of Creagh and his team. At all times they were most professional and very willing to take on any requests we put to them. The local knowledge that Creagh and his team have of the area is second to none and the manner in which they communicate with their clients is most professional and personal. We believe that Creagh and his team including Matt did the best they could under very challenging market circumstances.
