Very knowledgeable agent
I had previously indicated about 20 streets that met our criteria. I was not keen when Stella phoned about the house and we could not make the home open. But after reviewing the house on the website and phoning, Stella quickly arranged a mid-week viewing that led to our purchase. We have had the privileged of dealing with Creagh and Matt from Harcourts for the last 8 years. We met him as he was the resident agent in Currambine and we started using him and his team to act on our behalf on various properties that we owned that we were in the process of selling. I can categorically state that if he was not an agent with integrity, knowledge, market Knowledge and a great negotiator we would have stopped using him and his team. He and his team have delivered on their promises to provide exceptional service and to bring us the best offers and have gone that extra mile to ensure that the buyers of our properties fully understood what they were buying and at what price.
