We first met Mike when we lived in Perth back in the 1995 when he sold our house as we were going back over east. I had to go back in 2016 to sell my parents home, l did some searching and found that Mike was still in realestate. It was great to be able to catch up after all those years and still feel very confident knowing he would do his best. We have bought and sold a few homes but always thought that Mike was our best representative when selling our house. Stella was terrific during the time we had our house for sale. She had great knowledge of the area and homes for sale and was available for further enquiries till late at night. She was great with communicating between ourselves and other parties involved in transactions to do with house. She had a client base already looking in the area to purchase and I thought she was friendly, cheerful and encouraging (its not easy to be selling anytime but we had our house on the market in Dec at christmas time). With 2 home opens the house was sold a fantastic effort. She was helpful and tried to make the transactions as smooth as possible for us. I was organising the sale of my daughter's house, who is overseas, and asked two local agents to give me an appraisal. I was impressed by Suzi's preparation and knowledge of the area so gave her the listing. But I didn't expect such a good service. She opened the property more than expected and kept us informed the whole time, resulting in a sale in just two weeks. When there was a hiccup with the purchaser's finance she kept us informed of the developments the whole time, even when on her holidays.
