Creagh was fantastic from the word go. His knowledge of the market was brilliant and his communication was great. In a tough sellers market Creagh kept us constantly updated with potential buyers and when we did finally find a buyer he negotiated a price much higher than the original offer. Considering the decrease in property value at this time, Creagh still managed to get us a decent offer that we were fortunately able to take. We couldn't recommend Creagh and Matt more highly, the service was professional but with a personal touch. A very pleasant experience.

After a less than desirable experience with a different agent, I got Creagh on board, who I had in fact used 10 years earlier to purchase the property we were now selling. We had a fantastic experience with Creagh 10 years ago, and he did not disappoint this time either. We did not receive the amount we were hoping to receive for the property, but I have no doubt in my mind, that was due to the state of the property market at the time, and no fault of Creagh's. Creagh and Matt worked tirelessly and provided me with feedback the entire time, be it positive or negative! Creagh pushed our buyer to achieve the highest possible price, and due to our property being on the market for an extended period of time (mainly because of the previous real estate agent) we we're happy with the price that was agreed on.
