We approached Mike to sell our property and from the very beginning we saw that he was very thorough as he outlined the sale process in a manner that was easy to understand . As it was getting very close to the Christmas break we were pleasantly surprised to find that Mike was able to introduce a buyer with a genuine offer. After arranging all the necessary inspections on behalf of the buyer , of which he kept us fully informed of at all times , we were able to finalize the sale mid January and all with a minimum of fuss to us .
