Stella's real estate experience and knowledge, in particular of the Joondalup property sales and purchases, was a key factor in our decision to sign up with her company. Her approach is always professional, and communication is instantaneous (even on her day off). Attention to detail is faultless. She made suggestions for best presentation of our home, and these suggestions were just that, we could make our own decision regarding presentation. Stella offers encouragement with her opinion of the home ready for the open day. Key points were the careful explanation of all legal requirements, with step-by-step explanation of documentation, forms to be signed and all other parties necessary for a successful transaction. Stella was always prompt, on time - usually early, in her smart uniform and presented neat, professional, with a friendly smile. Communication was a key factor, and being well-informed continually ensured a relaxed feeling, at a time when there is usually some nostalgia associated with selling a family home. We do appreciate a very relaxed, yet confident atmosphere created by Stella.

Matthew was amazing. From the start he had great knowledge of the area and great personal interaction. The situation was not easy, my ex and I were selling the house after divorce and we didn't communicate well. Matthew handled everything so well, communicating with both parties and making sure deadlines and price goals were achieved.
