I was most overwhelmed with getting my rental house prepared for sale. I had to seek out many tradesmen for tasks to do. The only thing I was sure of was my choice of Real Estate Agent, Creagh. Creagh has been working in the Currambine area for as long as I've live or had property in the area- 27years. In that time I called on him to answer queries and watched the approach he had to his clients. I was impressed with his personal style - unpretentious, and helpful . Then the time came for me to sell, and Creagh and his team at Joondalup Harcourt Alliance did not disappoint. In fact, they were very kind and thoughtful. From the time the rental house was vacated to settlement, I had 3 admissions to hospital, totally 13 days, and Creagh & his team were supportive with the journey of getting the house on the market and made the whole process flow seamlessly. Creagh's manner is calming and reassuring . Quietly I had a price expectation, then after watching the rise in sale prices of the neighbouring properties, Mentally, I added another $20k, but Creagh Ferdinands with a healthy market base, further exceeded my expectations and truly worked every resource available to him to get me the ultimate deal for my house.
