It felt like Matt was selling my home as if he was selling his own home - so much care, attention to detail and great recommendations shared backed by evidence which he openly shared. His proposal is unique(yes they can be!) and surprisingly saved us money plus got us the best price above expectations. We still had a couple of weeks to go before our house was ready for sale but I connected with three agents for some research. Matt made such a good impression on the phone and seemed to have all the time in the world for my questions that I decided to meet for an on-site valuation. He came extremely well prepared knowing more about my house than I expected. Again, made such a great impression without being “salesy” we decided not to meet with anyone else. Throughout the process he kept us informed of each action and spent time taking us through the documents and was always available for questions and had organised everything as per timeline without a glitch. Not that we expected this from any agent but we definitely felt like we were getting VIP treatment even though we had a humble home to sell and we were not his only clients.
