We own an investment property in Balcombe Way, Westminster and Jemma looks after that for us. It's probably overdue that we write to you to tell you how grateful we are to have Jemma managing our property. We are probably "preaching to the converted" but from our perspective, everything Jemma does in relation to managing our property is done with such dedication, efficiency, timeliness and accuracy. She is a gem! She turns tasks around and deals with things so quickly. Just one example - the most recent issue for us was a failed security alarm which our new tenants highlighted to Jemma. Inside of a week Jemma had SMS Security out to assess and a quote back in our court yesterday. We gave her immediate approval to have the repairs done.
